Any perishable food, supplement, tonic, tincture or drink product. 
Any hair, face or body skincare and accessory product.
Any custom-made or made-to-order product.
Any sale or discounted product including online or in-store discount and welcome codes.

Returns must meet resale criteria - unused, unopened, all original packaging/tags intact.

We offer a 14 day refund or exchange (please check exclusions list to ensure your purchase qualifies).

Please ensure your return meets the following criteria ~

Item was purchased full price.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. A full priced item purchased with promotional code is considered a sale item.

Intent to return has been emailed to Circa B.C.
Intent to return must be emailed to create@circabc.com.au within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Return item is in original condition.
Return items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Products must not be opened or used. 

Circa B.C. receives your package within 14 days of 'Intent to Return' email. 
We understand there can be shipping delays and we recommend sending us the tracking details.

Shipments received after 14 days without tracking details may not qualify for a return.

Return shipping is at customer’s expense. Please note Circa B.C. accepts no liability for lost or damaged items once shipped. Please purchase insurance if you do not wish to accept this liability. 

Circa B.C. reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the above criteria has not been met.

Goods are exchanged within 7 days from purchase.
Exchanges must be within the 7 day purchase period.

Original purchase receipt is shown.
Purchase receipt must accompany your return. Receipt may be shown as printed, emailed or text messaged. 

Return item is in original condition.
Return items must be in original condition with all tags attached with original packaging. Products must not be opened or used, with all seals attached and unbroken.

Circa B.C. reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the above criteria has not been met. 

Faulty or damaged items can be returned to us for a full credit or refund up to 30 days from purchase date.
